A family atmosphere is one of the outstanding features of this complex, which was renovated in 2009 and offers a total of 20 apartments. Free parking facilities are available in front of the property. The apartments have a restaurant and bar which overlooks the outdoor swimming pool. Other facilities include a games room, pub and Internet access.

All apartments (one and two bedroom apartments) are very well equipped and all have a balcony or terrace facing the pool. The apartments also feature a modern and spacious living room, a private bathroom with shower, a kitchen with fridge, cooker and a microwave. Satellite/cable TV is also provided. Some apartments have a BBQ area.

There are various theme parties, live music and karaoke in a calm and pleasant atmosphere organised seasonally. The complex includes an outdoor swimming pool and a children's swimming area, a poolside snack bar and sun loungers (fees may apply to all).
